Few rules I follow!
1. Break PR in small PRs
2. Each PR max 500 lines
3. Consistent PR descriptions, PR template is a must!
4. Unit Tests are must!
5. Discussion should happen over PR and not offline via Slack etc!
6. Have assigned time between working hours!🤘🏽
